This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been seeking permission to withdraw the sum of Rs.5,00,000/- deposited to the credit of Crime No.35 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate -II, Tambaram, pursuant to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.25295 of 2025 dated 14.11.2025. 3. There is no serious objections by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. While perusing the order of this Court dated 14.11.2025, it is seen that the willingness of the second respondent to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- directly to the petitioner was recorded. Since he did not have bank account, condition was modified to deposit before the Court vide order dated 15.12.2025. Now the petitioner has bank account. Hence, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the sum of Rs.5,00,000/- deposited in the credit of Crime No.35 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tambaram, on filing appropriate application and due acknowledgment. 5.
