Now a restoration application along with a delay condonation application has been filed. Learned Central Government Standing Counsel submits that due to error on the part of the office the case could not be marked, hence it was unrepresented. When it came to notice the application has been filed, which is delayed. It is not objected to by the learned counsel for the respondent. Having considered, the grounds of delay are good enough to condone the delay. Therefore, delay in filing the appeal is condoned. Delay condonation application is allowed.
