13. Minor Pranika (Minor rep. by her guardian and paternal grandfather Rajendran) ..Respondents Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India as against the fair and decretal order dated 26.02.2026 passed in I.A. No. 9/2025 in O.S. No. 32 of 20215 by the leaned District Munsif, Dharmapuri. For Petitioner :: Mr.N. Umapathi O R D E R This civil revision petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 26.02.2026 passed by the learned District Munsif, Dharmapuri, in I.A. No. 9 of 2025 in O.S. No. 32 of 2025. 2. By the aforesaid order, the application under Section 76 of Civil Rules of Practice, filed by the petitioner, who is the plaintiff in the suit, seeking for an order to issue a court certificate for obtaining certified copies of A-Register extract, Chitta and Adangal relating to the suit schedule property has been dismissed on the ground that the petitioner has failed to show any sufficient or compelling reasons for issuance of a court certificate under Section 76 of Civil Rules of Practice. 2\6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. Admittedly, even according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, in the written statement filed by the defendants, they have disputed that the petitioner/plaintiff has got a share in the suit schedule property. The written statement has been filed by the defendants in the year 2015 itself. However, the instant application has been filed by the petitioner/plaintiff in I.A. No.9 of 2025 before the Trial Court only in the year 2025 after a lapse of almost 10 years from the date of filing of the written statement.
When this Court expressed its view to the learned counsel for the petitioner that this Court is not inclined to entertain this civil revision petition, learned counsel for the petitioner would now seek a direction from this Court to permit the petitioner to approach the competent public authorities for the purpose of the petitioner/plaintiff obtaining certified copies of A-Register extract, Chitta and Adangal relating to the suit schedule property and in case, the petitioner/plaintiff fails to obtain the same, for no fault of the petitioner, from the public authorities, then the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach this Court once again by filing a separate civil revision petition. No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties if such a direction is issued. 3\6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4. For the foregoing reasons, this Court is not inclined to entertain this civil revision petition. However, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s case in this order, the civil revision petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent public authorities for the purpose of obtaining certified copies of A-Register extract, Chitta and Adangal relating to the suit schedule property, as sought for in I.A. No. 9 of 2025 in O.S. NO. 32 of 2015 and in case, the petitioner/plaintiff is unable to obtain copies of the same, for no fault of the petitioner, then the petitioner is granted liberty to approach this Court once again by filing a separate civil revision petition. However, it is made clear that this Court is not granting any stay of further proceedings in the suit through this civil revision petition. 5. Since no adverse orders have been passed against the respondents in this civil revision petition, notice to respondents is dispensed with by this Court. No costs.
