The present bail application has been filed under Section 482 BNSS in connection with FIR No. 283/2025 registered at Police Station Mandhan District Kotputli-Behror for the offence(s) under Sections 115(2), 126(2) & 3(5) of BNS, 2023. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant has submitted that vide order dated 27.01.2026, interim protection from arrest was granted to the applicant, subject to the condition that applicant joins the investigation. In compliance of the same, the applicant joined the investigation as and when directed. It is further submitted that the present is a case of registration of cross FIRs. It is also submitted that there are no criminal antecedents against the applicant. It is further submitted that the nature of injury sustained by the victim is simple in nature. It is further [2026:RJ-JP:12310] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-711/2026] submitted that in a fit of rage, an altercation has taken place inter se the parties, wherein both the parties have sustained injuries. 3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the present bail application. 4. Having heard the contentions put-forth by the counsel for the parties, considering that the accused-applicant has already joined investigation as and when directed vide interim order dated 27.01.2026; that there are no criminal antecedents registered against the applicant, and looking to the overall facts and circumstances of the case and material on record but without commenting on merits/demerits of the case, this court deems it appropriate to make the order dated 27.01.2026 absolute and allow the anticipatory bail application. 5. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is allowed. The S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer, Police Station Mandhan District Kotputli-Behror in F.I.R. No. 283/2025 is directed that in the event of arrest of the accused-applicants Sateyendra S/o Satvir & Pradeep @ Sandeep S/o Ramanand shall be released on bail, provided they furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer of the concerned Police Station on the following conditions:- (i) that the applicants shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; (ii) that the applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer, and [2026:RJ-JP:12310] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-711/2026] (iii) that the applicants shall not leave India without prior permission of the Court.
