State of Odisha and Ors. disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.02.2024 and therefore, the same benefit should be extended to her client as well. Counsel for the Petitioner also points out the representation dated 26.07.2025 at Annexure-7, wherein a request is made for the grant of the said benefit and therefore a direction be issued to consider the subject representation in the light of Rajib Kumar Sahoo’s case (supra). With this proposal, learned AGA-Mr. Behera is agreeable, provided that all contentions are kept open and a reasonable period is prescribed.
4. In the above circumstances, writ petition is disposed of. Time for consideration of the subject representation and informing result of such consideration to the Petitioner in writing, is eight weeks. All contentions are kept open. The
consideration of representation to take place in the light of the decision in Rajib Kumar sahoo.
