This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 and 484 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as the petitioner is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 (Corresponding Sections 419 ,420, 468, 467, 471, 120(B) of IPC) and Section 66(C), 66(D) of Information Technology Act, 2000. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. The learned Spl.PP opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 4. The petitioner was involved in preparing false Aadhar Cards and other documents of several persons. Several incriminating articles were recovered from the possession of this petitioner used in preparing false Aadhar Cards. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the payer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Jirwabari P.S. Case No.192/2025, corresponding to G.R. Case No.30/2026, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Sahibganj, stands rejected. 6. Accordingly, B.A. No.1026 2026 is dismissed.
