Learned Division Bench vide said order, directed the Respondent- Employer to consider the Writ Petition as representation and consider and dispose it, strictly in accordance with Law, within an outer limit of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 3. At the time of considering the matter, it is stated that the grievance of the petitioner ventilated in writ petition which is directed to be treated as representation was considered and rejected vide proceedings dated 30.11.2024. A copy of the said proceedings is filed along with the material papers annexed to the counter-affidavit of respondent No.3. 4. In the aforesaid stated position, nothing survives for adjudication in the Contempt Case. Accordingly, the same is closed. However, the petitioner may avail the remedies available in Law against the proceedings dated 30.11.2024, if he is so advised. No costs. No order as to costs.
