Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a copy of letter dated 13.04.2026 and order dated 15.01.2026, passed by Director of School Education, H.P. The same are taken on record. 2. A perusal of order dated 15.01.2026 reveals that the mandate contained in the judgment passed by this Court on 17.07.2025, in CWP No.11409 of 2025, titled Bihari Lal and Others vs. State of H.P. and Others, has been implemented. 3. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that the same shall be released in favour of the petitioners, if not already released, within a period of eight weeks from today. It is made clear that in case the consequential benefits are not released within eight weeks from today, the petitioners shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
