Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that only on account of the fact that the experience certificate possessed by the petitioners are not being considered in accordance with judgments earlier delivered by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court [2026:RJ-JP:10692] (2 of 2) [CW-4569/2026] duly confirmed by the Division Bench, the petitioners could not be appointed on the post of Lab Assistant. Learned counsel submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case, they are granted liberty to submit a representation before the respondents for redressal of their grievances. 2. In the light of limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to submit a representation highlighting their grievances along with all the documents/judgments, if any, and speaking order shall be passed by the respondent No.2 within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of representation along with certified copy of this order.
