However, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent Police would strongly oppose the Anticipatory Bail application on the ground that the petitioner has impersonated the de facto complainant and created a fabricated document by forging the non traceable certificate as if the same was given by Bangalore Malleswara Police Station. 3. It is the further submission of the learned Government Advocate that unless the petitioner is taken custody, the question of involvement of others could not be identified. Such factum could not be faulted. 4.
