JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 2 30-01-2026 Heard the parties. 2. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 11.11.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 86879 of 2024. One of the conditions was that the petitioner shall pay Rs. 3,000/- per month as interim maintenance to O.P. No. 2 (his wife). 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order could not be communicated to the petitioner in time and that is why he could not surrender before the Court below within the stipulated time. 4. Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the period of surrender is extended for further Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1341 of 2026(2) dt.30-01-2026 2/2 four weeks from today with condition that the petitioner has to make payment of the entire arrear amount to his wife (the complainant) at the time of furnishing of bail bond. 5.
