It is informed that in this case, investigation completed and charge sheet filed, which was taken on file as Spl.SC.No.237 of 2025 by the Special Court (FTC) Mahila Court, Thiruppur. 4.In view of the above, the condition imposed on 14.10.2025 in Crl.A.No.1523 of 2025 is relaxed directing the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on all hearing date without fail.
