It is grievance of the petitioners that the private respondent nos. 7 to 16 are disturbing the possession of the petitioners when they are doing construction over their own land. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the actual owner of the land and there are no rival claimants but the respondent nos. 7 to 16 are disturbing the petitioners from making any construction. 4. Considering the nature of dispute, the grievance of the petitioner cannot be redressed by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, thus I direct the petitioner to approach the Sub-Divisional Officer by filing an application of Section 163 of B.N.S.S which would be considered and appropriate proceeding be initiated and appropriate order will be passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer. 5.
