Heard, learned counsel for the parties. 2. This case is listed for the first time today, though it was filed on 2024. 3. The petitioner in this writ petition has challenged the order dated 29.05.2015, whereby the suspension was revoked and the departmental proceeding was concluded holding that the petitioner will not be entitled to get salary for the period which he was kept under suspension. The petitioner also prays to revise the pension of the petitioner on the basis of his last salary drawn after taking into consideration the release of salary for the suspension period. 4. The petitioner admittedly has superannuated. The impugned order was passed on 29.05.2015 when he was in service. The petitioner did not choose to challenge the same while he was in service. In 2024 i.e., after 10 years of superannuation (date of superannuation is 31.07.2014), he approached this Court 2026:JHHC:3328 2 by filing this writ petition. 5. Considering the huge delay and latches on the part of the petitioner, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed.
