The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections191(2), 190, 329(3), 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303, 352 of the B.N.S., 2023. 3. As per F.I.R., on the occasion of Holi, these petitioners are alleged to have attacked the informant and her family members by means of iron rod, Lathi and Danda.
