The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.21 of 2019 pending on the file of District Munsif Court, Ponneri. 2. In the suit, the petitioner herein is the defendant, and the respondent herein is the plaintiff. The suit has been filed for bare injunction against the defendant. As seen from the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this CRP, issues have already framed by the trial Court in the year 2021 itself. Since the suit is of the year 2019 and the suit is ripe for trial, a direction will have to be issued by this Court to the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if such a direction is issued by this Court. 4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by directing the District Munsif Court, Ponneri, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.21 of 2019 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent in this CRP is dispensed with. No Costs.
