A perusal of the documents reveals that the petitioner alone has the right to draw water from the subject property, whereas respondents 3 to 6 have no right to draw water from the well situated on the common property. In this regard, FIRs have been registered against both parties in Crime Nos. 104 of 2026 and 105 of 2026, respectively. 3. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in both cases within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the interim, the second respondent shall ensure that the petitioner is permitted to draw water from the subject property in the agricultural land as per his established rights, in accordance with law. 4.
