Issue a writ in the nature of MANDAMUS or any other appropriate writ or direction, directing the learned Civil Judge and JMFC, K.R. Puram, to expeditiously consider and dispose of I.A.No.4 and Application dt. 09.08.2023 filed in O.S.No.24/2025 vide Annexure-E and Annexure-F, within a time bound frame; ii. Further direct the learned Trial Court to dispose of O.S.No.24/2025 pending on the file of the Civil Judge and JMFC, KR Puram in a time-bound manner vide Annexure-B. iii. Issue such writ or order or direction or other relief(s) that this Hon’ble Court deems fit under the facts and circumstances of the case to secure the ends of justice.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material on record. 3. The said submission is placed on record. 5. The Trial Court, before whom the suit is posted on 10.02.2026 is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on IA No.4 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of one month from 10.02.2026. All rival contentions on all aspects of the matter are kept/left open and no opinion is expressed on merits/demerits of the rival contentions. 6.
