The petitioner is an accused in connection with Kanke P.S. Case No. 304 of 2025(N). It has been alleged that several co-accused persons were apprehended by the police and brown sugar was recovered from their possession. It appears that the co-accused, Deepak Kumar had disclosed that the petitioner was supplier of brown sugar and Ganja. The petitioner was apprehended from the house of Deepak Kumar, but nothing was recovered from his possession. The petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2025. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Jude (NDPS), Ranchi.
