He further submitted that as per Section 101 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, the appeal will lie before the competent court of law. Thus, he submitted that this Revision Case is not maintainable. The same objection was made by learned counsel for the 1st Respondent. 2. Accordingly, in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed with liberty to file an Appeal before the competent court of law, if so advised, in view of the Judgment rendered in 2021 SCC Online ALL 211 in Rachna and Another Vs. State of U.P and Others.
