By the said Resolution, the third respondent resolved to install a full-sized statue of the former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thiru C.N. Annadurai, at Mohanur Arivusaar Maiyam. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that, despite the Resolution having been passed, the respondents have not taken steps to install the statue. 3. The learned State Counsel, on instructions, submits that the Resolution was passed at the instance of the District Collector, Namakkal District. Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation to the District Collector, Namakkal District, seeking implementation of Resolution No.5(5) dated 31.01.2025 passed by the third respondent. Upon receipt of such representation, the District Collector, Namakkal District, shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of its receipt.
