When the matter came up for hearing, the Learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu(Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner was called for an enquiry in relation to a pending petition. 2. In view thereof, the petitioner may appear before the respondent police on 16.07.2026 and 21.07.2026 (two days), and the enquiry may be completed on 21.07.2026 or, if not, within one additional working day. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that already the same complaint was given before the Tambaram police station and after enquiry it was closed. Be that as it may, the petitioner shall appear as afore said and thereafter the parties shall be bound by the out come of the enquiry. The petitioner shall not be repeatedly called for the enquiry.
