This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for Page No.# 2/2 granting pre arrest bail to the petitioner in connection with Jalukbari P.S. Case No.51/2026, under Section 305 of BNS, 2023. 3. The learned Addl. P.P who has submitted that the charge sheet No.75/2026 dated 31.03.2026 has been submitted in the matter. 4. The petitioner was on interim protection by the order dated 25.02.2026. On the submission of the charge sheet, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this bail petition. 5. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petitioner is closed. 6.
