Learned counsel for applicants submits that inadvertently due to typographical error in paragraphs Nos. 3,4 & 5 representation/ appeal before the State Level Committee is mentioned instead of representation/ appeal before the Divisional Level Committee as the State Level Committee is an appellate authority and therefore it be appropriately corrected and modified. On due consideration of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that in paragraph Nos. 3, 4 & 5 of the impugned order dated 16.01.2026 passed in WPS No. 227/2026 wherever it is mentioned that “representation/ appeal before the State Level Committee” be read as “representation/ appeal before the Divisional Level Committee” 5. Accordingly, this MCC is allowed and the order dated 16.01.2026 passed in WPS No. 227/2026 is modified in the above terms.
