The petitioner is an accused in connection with Jagarnathpur P.S. Case No. 262 of 2025 (POCSO Case No.140 of 2025). The petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the daughter of the informant and had solemnized marriage. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in her statement recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS, the victim has stated that she was having a love affair with the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-IV, Ranchi –cum- Special Judge, POCSO Act, Ranchi in connection with Jagarnathpur P.S.
