The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of Respondents in not paying salary to the Petitioner from December, 2024 to January, 2026 and pleased to declare the same as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The facts are as follows; 3. The Petitioner worked as Assistant Beat Officer at Nellapatla Beat of Palamaner Range on contract basis and continued in the same post till attaining the age of 62 years i.e., on 31.01.2026 and had retired from service. 4. It is stated that as per G.O.Ms.No.114, dated 21.10.2023 the Petitioner is entitled for regularization of his service as Assistant Beat Officer as he was appointed prior to 02.06.2024 on contract basis and worked in the sanctioned post. Earlier, as the salaries from April, 2024 to November, 2024 were not being paid to him, the Petitioner filed W.P.No.27211 of 2024 and this Court disposed of the same on 26.11.2024 directing the Respondents to pay salaries for the above mentioned period. The grievance of the Petitioner now is that though the Petitioner discharged his duty as Assistant Beat Officer, his salary was not being paid from December, 2024 to January, 2026. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed. 4 5. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the Respondents on instructions submits that the period Petitioner worked would be examined and accordingly salary will be paid to him at the earliest. 6. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with the following directions; (i) The Respondent-authorities are directed to disburse salary to the Petitioner for the period he worked in the Forest Department as Assistant Beat Officer, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; (ii) No order as to costs. 7.
