Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation dated 15.12.2025 before the respondents, seeking issuance of Patta and mutate the revenue records in the name of the "Vallalar https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 24560 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 5 Sathya Gnana Sabai Temple". Though the respondents duly received the representation, they have failed to consider it. Further, the 4th respondent had sent a communication in Oo.Mu.A2/2382-8/2025 dated 20.12.2025 to the 5th respondent, directing them to take necessary action on the petitioner's representation. However, no action has been taken till date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5 and Ms.A.Suganya, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 6 and 7. They submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 15.12.2025 will be considered within a period of four weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5.
