JUDGMENT: (per Manoj Kumar Gupta, C.J.)
1.
The present petition has been filed ostensibly in public interest alleging that the Railway Over Bridge situated at Kashipur constructed in the year 2024 is not able to bear the load of heavy vehicles and, therefore, the movement of heavy vehicles over the same should be restricted or completely banned.
2.
However, we find no prima facie material to proceed in the matter.
