It is informed that in this case, investigation completed and charge sheet filed, which was taken on file as S.C.No.153 of 2025 by the Special Court for SC/ST Act Cases, Kanchipuram. 4.In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed directing the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on all hearing date without fail.
