The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sahibganj Town P.S. Case No. 03 of 2026, registered under Section 87 and 96 of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Sahibganj. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the girl has gone on her own will. He also submits that the compromise has also taken place on 5/2/2026, contained in annexure-2. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the girl is minor aged about 16 years only. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the informant submits that although the compromise took place, however, again the petitioner has committed same wrong and for that, another case has been lodged being Nagar P.S. Case No.48 of 2026 on 21st March 2026. He submits, in that view of the matter, anticipatory bail may kindly be 2026:JHHC:8125 2 rejected. 6. Considering that the girl is aged about 16 years only, in spite of the compromise, the same wrong has been further done by the petitioner and for that another case being Nagar P.S. Case No.48 of 2026 has been lodged, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 7. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
