THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER Learned High Court Government Pleader takes notice of all the respondents. 2. It is the contention of the petitioner that his Mother was granted 4.00 Acres of land in Survey No.59, Block-2, situated at the Chikkakooliga Village, Sulibele Hobli, Hoskote Taluk, on 16.04.1979. However, her name was not entered in the revenue records. The petitioner has given a representation at Annexure-J on 30.06.2025 seeking mutation entry in the revenue records pursuant to the grant made in favour of the petitioner's mother. If it is found that such a grant was indeed made in favour of the petitioner's mother and a Saguvali Chit was already issued, then the Tahsildar shall proceed to enter the name of the legal heirs of late Smt.Munilakshmamma, in the revenue records. At any rate, till such exercise is undertaken and appropriate orders are passed by the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:4238 WP No. 2102 of 2026 Tahsildar, no precipitative action shall be taken against the petitioner to dispossess the petitioner from the lands in question. Learned High Court Government Pleader is permitted to file memo of appearance within a period of four weeks from today. Sd/- (R DEVDAS) JUDGE DL CT: JL
