Learned counsel for the plaintiff/respondents submits that since the present appeal is arising out of suit for fixation of standard rent and the said suit was decreed in favour of the plaintiff/respondents during pendency of the present appeal, the parties to the lis have settled their dispute outside the Court and he has also received the standard rent in terms of the impugned
judgment and decree passed by the learned Court below.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appellant- Ram Gopal and others have not given updated instructions in the present matter, therefore, he is unable to refute the submissions so made by learned counsel for the plaintiff/respondents.
3. Heard and considered the submissions of learned counsel for the plaintiff/respondents.
4. As submitted by the plaintiff/respondent since the parties have settled the dispute out of the Court and the respondents have already received the amount of standard rent so fixed by the learned Court below and in view of the compromise so arrived at between the parties, the plaintiff/respondents are also not contesting their cross objections.
5. In that view of the matter, no further proceedings is required to be undertaken in the present first appeal.
6. Accordingly, while maintaining the impugned judgment and decree, the present appeal stands disposed of in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties.
7. However, the appellant will be at liberty to move an application for revival of the present civil first appeal, if any cause of action still survives.
8. All pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
