Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “1. Issue an appropriate writ/order/direction setting aside the impugned transfer order no. 1974, Bilaspur dated 07.06.2025 (Annexure P/1), passed by Joint Director, Education Division Bilaspur (C.G.), and ALFIZA BAIG Digitally signed by ALFIZA BAIG Date: 2026.02.16 10:46:39 +0530 2 / 2 10.2 Issue an appropriate writ directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 26.09.2025 (Annexure P/2) and grant exemption to the petitioner from the Rationalization Transfer on compassionate grounds, and transfer him to either Govt. Hr.Sec. School Devri, Block Baloda, District- Janjgir-Champa, (C.G.) or Govt. Hr. Sec. School Barpalikala, District Sakti and/or 10.3 Any other relief as deemed fit by this Hon’ble Court.” 2. Perusal of the documents would show that earlier petitioner has filed writ petition bearing WPS No. 1065 of 2025 against the order of rejection of representation by Division Level Committee headed by Joint Director dated 12.09.2025. The said writ petition came upon for hearing on 02.09.2025 and the writ petition was withdrawn with liberty to make representation before State Level Committee. Upon asking learned counsel for petitioner as what happened to representation/appeal submitted before the State Level Committee headed by Director Public Instructions, he submits that it is pending consideration. 3. In the aforementioned facts of the case, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition, at this stage directing respondent no. 2 i.e. Director Public Instructions to take decision on representation submitted by petitioner on 26.09.2025, in accordance with law, expeditiously, within a further period of 02 months from the date of receipt of the Order. 4.
