2. The 2nd respondent, despite service of notice, has not chosen to appear neither in person nor through his counsel.
3. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent states that though the delay is only 7 days, the petitioner has not shown sufficient cause to condone such delay.
4. On going through the affidavit filed in support of the petition, I am satisfied that the petitioner has made out sufficient cause for not preferring the civil revision petition in time.
5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
6. Registry is directed to number the civil revision petition, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
7. Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.R.Suriyanarayanan, counsel for the first respondent, when the civil revision petition is listed for admission.
