By this application, the applicants pray for direction to correct the name of applicant No.3/1 in cause title and record and proceedings of First Appeal No.600 of 2011 and, consequently, in the order dated 22nd April, 2026 passed by this Court. 2. It is submitted that the name of applicant No. 3/1 has been incorrectly mentioned as “Manjushri Prasadrao Kulkarni”, whereas her 2026:BHC-AUG:38604 Dilwale 2 8-CA-7403-26.odt correct name is “Manjushree Prasad Patil”. In support of the said contention, the applicant has placed on record a copy of the Aadhaar Card and the heirship certificate. 3. Considering the material placed on record, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order: ORDER 1. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C), which read as under: “B.
