The petitioner was appointed as a Sewing Teacher in the fourth respondent school on 16.08.2016. The fourth respondent had subsequently sent a representation as early as on 18.11.2016, to the third respondent seeking approval of the petitioner’s appointment as a Sewing Teacher, which has been rejected by the third respondent on 22.05.2018. Challenging the same, the fourth respondent school filed a writ petition before this Court in W.P.No.32532 of 2018, praying to quash the rejection order passed by the third respondent, wherein this Court had directed the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the appointment of the petitioner with effect from 18.11.2016, provided that the petitioner has satisfied the requirements of Rule 15 of the Tamil Nadu Recognition of Private Schools (Regulation) Rules, 1974. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record. 4. Considering the fact that despite several orders of this Court, the third respondent has not deemed it fit to pass orders on the representation submitted by the fourth respondent. Hence, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation submitted by the fourth respondent dated 18.11.2016, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this Court will be constrained to initiate suo motu contempt against the third respondent. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
