Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation dated 23.02.2026 seeking cancellation of Patta Nos. 6202, 6273, 6274, 6275, 6276, and 6277 issued in respect of the Survey Nos. 1387/32-B, 1387/32B1, 1387/32B2, 1387/32B3, 1387/32B4 and 1387/32B5 in respect of the petitioner’s property situated at Plot Nos. 126, 127, 148 and 149 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 24867 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 5 in VGP Ramanujar Town Part-II at No. 105, Bootheripandai Village (Sriperumbudur C Village), Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District comprised in Old Survey Nos. 1387/5B and 1387/5A and New Survey No. 1387/32-B to an extent of 9,600 sq. ft. of vacant land. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 23.02.2026 will be considered within a period of eight weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5.
