Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) of the Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 2015. 2.Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant has agreed for quashing of the charge sheet. Today, the defacto complainant is present and he acknowledges the fact that he had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet. 3.In view the said fact, this criminal original petition is allowed in the the following order:- (a) The charge sheet filed as against the accused persons herein in S.C.No.19 of 2025 on the file of Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Thoothukudi stands quashed.
