(MD).No.9934 of 2025. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed by the petitioners to modify the condition No. 6 (b) in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9934 of 2025 dated 16.06.2025. 2.By the order dated 16.06.2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9934 of 2025, this Court imposed condition, which reads as follows: “6(b) each of the petitioner shall make a non refundable deposit of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) to M.S.Chellamuthu Trust and Research Foundation, Current Account No. 11194450660, IFSC Code No.SBIN0001479, MICR No.625002006 in the State Bank of India, Vinayaganagar Branch No.8, Dr.Ambedkar Road, Madurai – 20, and on such deposit being made, the Judicial Magistrate, Rameshwaram, Ramanathapuram District, shall accept the sureties furnished by the petitioners;..” 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the condition imposed upon the co-accused, who was granted anticipatory bail, namely, Iniyan, has been deleted. The petitioner is also in the very same footing. Hence, 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL MP(MD).No.12179 of 2026 he may be exempted from the above said condition. 4.This Court heard both sides and perused the available records. 5.The condition No.6(b) imposed upon the petitioners was ordered to be deleted in respect of the co-accused namely Iniyan vide order dated 15.09.2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.12403 of 2025 by this Court. Hence, the same can be extended to this petitioner also. Accordingly, the condition No.6(b), imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9934 of 2025, dated 16.06.2025, is hereby deleted in respect of this petitioner also. The other conditions remains unchanged. 6.Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands ordered.
