Heard Mr. A. Azhageson, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr. S. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against respondent Nos.3 to 7, notice to them is dispensed with. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 25.06.2026 to the first and second respondents requesting them not to grant an electricity service connection to the third respondent for the reasons stated therein. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present Writ Petition. 5. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2026 and pass appropriate orders within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's claim, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
