The Sessions Court recorded the reasons that the petitioner is in judicial custody for 14 days and the investigation has been completed and co-accused was granted bail and thereby there is no ground to cancel the bail granted to the second petitioner by the trial Court. This petition has no merits and deserves to be dismissed. 5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
