(MD).No.22556 of 2025 on 15.04.2026. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to extend time for compliance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.22556 of 2025 dated 15.04.2026. 2. This Court, vide order dated 15.04.2026, had directed the petitioner to return back 11 grams of gold ornaments on or before first week of June 2026. It is further stated that in the event of failure to return the jewels, further proceedings can be initiated in accordance with law. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to poor health condition, the petitioner was not able to appear before the Magistrate and return the jewels. Hence, he seeks extension of time to comply with the order passed by this Court. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time is extended till 13.07.2026 to the petitioner for compliance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.22556 of 2025 dated 15.04.2026. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted. 5.
