The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's original documents in Documents Nos.867/1996, 433/1998 & 434/1998 dated 23.10.1996, 08.05.1998 & 08.05.1998 respectively, Documents No.1973/1996 dated 12.06.1996, Document No.292/1984, 1028/1991, 245/2001 dated 15.02.1984, 14.01.1991 & 31.01.2001 respectively were lost, for which the petitioner had lodged an online complaint in compliant reference number.OLC6082600003109 dated 14.03.2026. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner is before this Court. 3. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) submitted that the Director General of Police had already issued Circular Memorandum, dated 01.04.2022 in this regard with respect to issuance of NOC, where the applicants have to produce certain documents. On such production of the documents, the respondent police will take necessary steps. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record. 5. The petitioner has given an online complaint dated 18.04.2026.
