The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had lodged a complaint against some third parties, seeking appropriate action against them for creation of forged documents, fraudulent property transactions, criminal intimidation and unlawful interference with the petitioner's possession. However, no proper action was taken, and therefore, this petition was filed. 3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials before this Court. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the fifth respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's representation / complaint dated 20.05.2025 and conduct an enquiry in this regard, after issuing summons to the parties concerned, under Section 64 of the BNSS, and conclude the same, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
