Prayer has been made to direct the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Kolkata to take a decision on the said application. 3. Upon hearing the submissions made on behalf of both the parties, it appears that the application seeking approval of appointment of the petitioner forwarded by the school is pending consideration before the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Kolkata. 4. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the District Inspector of Schools to take a decision on the application made 2 by the school authority strictly in accordance with law at the earliest, but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the school authority with a copy marked to the petitioner. 5. The writ petition stands disposed of. 6.
