No.12 of 2024 pending on its file. 1/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis C.R.P(MD)No.1655 of 2026 2.It is seen from the online case status, as found in the typed set of papers, that the first respondent herein has filed A.S.No.12 of 2024 challenging the judgment and decree dated 01.12.2023 passed in O.S.No.118 of 2019 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Thuraiyur. The appeal was numbered in January 2024 and is still pending without any substantial progress. It is also seen that I.A.No.1 of 2024 is pending in the said appeal. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the application in I.A.No.1 of 2024 is filed only seeking temporary injunction. 4.Considering the fact that the appeal is of the year 2024 and has not been taken up for final hearing on the ground that the interim application for temporary injunction is pending, this Court is inclined to direct the first appellate court to dispose of A.S.No.12 of 2024. 5.Accordingly, the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli, is directed to dispose of A.S.No.12 of 2024, as expeditiously as possible. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis C.R.P(MD)No.1655 of 2026 6.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
