ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to modify the condition imposed in paragraph 5(b) of the order passed in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.2753 of 2026 dated 11.02.2026. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 2. This Court, vide order dated 11.02.2026, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions, one of which reads as follows: ''[b] The petitioner shall serve in the wards and assist the staff in cleaning the ward for two weeks at Government Hospital, Trichy and the said service shall be certified and reported to the investigating Officer by the concerned Nursing Superintendent and thereafter, he shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. Relaxation petition will not be entertained for the next two months.'' 3. Now the petitioner seeks to modify the aforesaid condition. I have gone through the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. It is stated that the petitioner is a daily wager and hence, he could not continuously appear before the respondent Police and thereby, hampering his livelihood. It is further stated that the petitioner has already complied with the said condition for 40 days. In view of the same, the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph 5(b) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2753 of 2026 dated 11.02.2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation. 4.
