Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 102 days and rest of the accused persons have been released on bail. I have taken into account the nature of the injuries as is evident from the case diary. Prima facie, I am of the view that the injuries complained of are severe. However, having considered the period of detention of the present petitioner and the fact that prosecution would examine 20 witnesses in support of its case, I am of the view that further detention of the petitioner is unwarranted. In view of the aforesaid, learned trial court would release the petitioner on bail on such terms and conditions as it deems fit and proper after the stage of consideration of charges are over. The bond so imposed should be of such a nature that it would ensure 2 the presence of the petitioner during the course of trial. With the aforesaid observations, CRM(M)2390 of 2025 is disposed of. Case diary be returned to the learned advocate appearing for the State. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
