Mr. S. Syamsunder Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that, pursuant to the interim orders granted by this Court dated 30.01.2023, the petitioner’s case was considered and he was promoted as Panchayat Secretary Grade-III. 3. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
