Mr.B.Satheeshkumar for R3 ORDER The present criminal original petition has been filed by the accused in S.C.No.334 of 2025 on the file of the learned I Additional District Court, Thoothukudi seeking to quash the charge sheet wherein the petitioners charged with the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 307, 506(2) and 326 of I.P.C. 2.A perusal of the charge sheet reveals that the accused persons said to have attacked the defacto complainant with the stone. The 161 statement of the doctor reveals that the complainant left the hospital without information and therefore, the nature of injuries cannot be stated. Today, the defacto complainant is present and he acknowledges the fact that he had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet. 4.Considering the above said facts, the charge sheet in S.C.No.334 of 2025 on the file of the learned I Additional District Court, Thoothukudi stands quashed. This Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. The memorandum of compromise shall form part of this order.
